- Masuk ke link berikut : Custumer Service
- Klik link "Contact Customer Service"
- Pada pilihan menu scroll down Tab 1. Select your Adobe product, pilih produk terserah, misal acrobat.
- Pada pilihan menu scroll down Tab 2. Tell us what you need help with, pilih Manage My Membership, Subscriptions, and Online Services
- Dan akan muncul menu "I Still Need Help", klik tombol tersebut.
- Klik link pada Tab 3. The best way to contact us, klik tombol "Chat Now" untuk chating dengan customer servicenya.
- Isikan data yang sesuai dengan ID adobe yang terdaftar dan mulai chating untuk meminta account ID Anda dihapus.

Silahkan meminta custumer service untuk menghapus akun Anda, sesuai peraturan mereka, akun adobe Anda akan membutuhkan waktu 10 hari hingga terhapus permanent.
